I just love Jonny’s appreciation of the camera. You can see how deeply he thinks about everything he does and that really shows through in his music.

What a fascinating video. It’s a glimpse back into the band’s child-like growing phase. I’ve never thought of them as the types to send their frontman and lead guitarist to sit at a table in tiny local record shop, sign CDs, and play some songs in a corner with of a couple of acoustic guitars, but of headling festivals, selling out huge venues, and being super iconic and sweeping. Crazy to see them just be some alt-rock blokes, long before OK Computer and Kid A, just trying to deal with rapid success and further developing their sound after a so-so debut.

For a debut album it's very solid. Some great tracks on it.

They were so young.

Much Music, my alternative in the mid to late nineties from MTV, by 1995 MTV was declining until its death in 1999! Much Music saved my life as so did Radiohead after 1995.

Most of the band is very silent. More notably Colin, Phil & Jonny. They do talk, but not as much so.
