One of my favorite 500s I've ever watched. Helluva last few laps and nice to see Kurt finally win a 500. Can't wait for that raced version diecast...a true raced version at that

4 months later and this season has been short of entertaining. Races are one-sided for the leader because of the aero package. Unfortunate. Next season, maybe.

Being a stewart fan and seeing him lose the 500 every way possible, it was cool he won it still but as an owner and luckily i was able to see it in person. It was a wild finish live lol.

Sheree Arend Likely the people complaining are the fans of the two most popular articles, and the two who the media had in mind when they said "this race just feels different". And one of those two drivers ran out of fuel while leading at the end. So yes, likely most of the complaints were Chase Fans haha

I don't really care what people say about the new rules, they made this daytona 500 way more exciting than last years toyota-up-front-the-whole-time snoozefest. Don't get me wrong that last lap last year was great. But this whole race from beginning to end had my whole family watching and had me busy in the crows nest with the triple monitor going with all the teams I could get.

I think the 22's spotter shouldn't be talking since his driver is the most reckless one on track. Chase didn't hit everything that day actually, it was everyone else hitting him and trying to take him out..*McMurray*cough cough* And Kurt Busch shut up, not everything is the 48's fault just because he accidently wrecked you from getting loose in the clash..don't start acting like your brother again.

This Daytona had me so hyped and it was a great race, don't get me wrong but when Dale was in that wreck I kinda deflated. Winning the Daytona 500 after that injury would've been such a great comeback

Its really more of an issue with the track. I mean in the Xfinity and especially trucks you've got alot of younger drivers who don't know how to even drive on a mile and a half. And now you put them on a superspeedway and expect them not to wreck? Especially with the limited amount of time just on the track and especially not pack racing.
