Hello I need the Skool ot skills for hot air balloons

I heard that they can only go up as high as the rope will allow. But what would be cool is if they had fans built into the gondola so they can go up high and then the radio controller can turn the fans on in case they're drifting away so you can control which way it will move and then open up the top and let the hot air out and it will land.

An 8-gore bulbous balloon ! Perfect! Has anyone some spare blueprints to cut the panels? It’s for making a 2.5-3m high tissue paper balloon. Cheers
