This video shows the construction, first inflation, and maiden flight of the latest build. Basket and burner design was completed by Matt McKay. Envelope design was completed by Michael Steward.     Hi, I am making a tiny hot air balloon and I am looking for tiny carabiners and don’t know where to find them. Any idea? And also which type of cables do you use to attach the basket to the envelope? Cheers! Thomas from Brussels, Belgium.

    Just like with real hot air balloons, climbing to different altitudes gives you different directions

    @@jsteward2008 Thanks for the information 😊, that makes sense because I once filmed a timelaps of the sky and I saw that the lower clouds were going east and the higher ones were going west.
