Rubinade Recipe
2 Tbsp Rosemary (fresh cut is best..it's in the produce section)
2 Tbsp Sage (ditto)
2 Tbsp Shallot, rough cut
1 Tbsp Thyme
2 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp 16 mesh Pepper
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Honey
Make sure you cover the rack with the rubinade liberally.
