They’re absolutely ideal. Nice for the birds to get out the boxes and onto the shelves near the windows. Be great when I have the small aviaries on for them to get out into the fresh air as well.

Yes man! I too like the idea of putting the nest boxes in place. 👍🏼

I personally would block the bottom of the nest boxes of 6 inches in from the front of the boxes which will give you space for your grit & mineral pots Et cetera-keeps them dry & clean I would also remove the shelving and then that will make the nest boxes more personal to birds witch in turn will make them more relaxed and less stressed while breeding or put some cupboard Space underneath for bowls and pots etc 🤔

Some good ideas there mate, I like the storage idea.

Nice stuff, but it looks to me as though your well over stocked for a small team man. Rule of thumb = 1x stock pair to 6 x yb perches or 1x stock pair to 2x nest boxes.. If you breed 12 from one pair over 2x seasons ( not counting long distance ) and they haven't done the business . The whole line goes in the bin and start again...
