The raccoons probably had an alternate nest site ready to move into. People do different things for sure some wait for them to leave home others want them out right away, gates wildlife seem to know the best time to get them out, I know a friend who Just waited and then fixed her roof. But animals esp raccoons r so smart and know where their secondary den site is. These people do a good job of making sure wild animals get to relocate,,,,,,,,,l these two seem to really care about animals as I know a company that would just kill them. Sometimes raccoons esp in Canada r considered pests.
@stinkycheese804

So more feces builds up in your attic where it's going to stink? Might be for the best to get the babies out before they start moving around a lot and wound themselves on the nails.
@sharonbrown6595
2 жыл бұрын
@@stinkycheese804 yes that is my way of thinking and if they r peeing on insulation that could eventually seep into the ceiling of the house ?? Also do raccoon bite the wires ?? I don’t know but I would want them out asap. I wouldn’t want to take that chance of damage to my house or shed ect. I would want them saved as this company does. But each person can do what they want with their property.
@egyptcree7298
2 жыл бұрын
Some Raccoons don't automatically move out of their nesting den sites after their babies are fully grown and are able to take care of themselves!! The whole family may stay there together and live their for awhile (months), which could become a problem because they get pretty big and heavy when they're full grown racoons, and can ruin and damage your attic, or even fall through the roof into the house at some point!! They could also attract more wildlife to move in, and that could be treacherous for a home owner to deal with, and very expensive to have everything removed and patched up!! Trust and believe me, I caught 11 Racoons with the help from the city's animal control before, and it was a very tough job trying to get rid of them all!!😩

So more feces builds up in your attic where it's going to stink? Might be for the best to get the babies out before they start moving around a lot and wound themselves on the nails.

Trust and believe me, I caught 11 Racoons with the help from the city's animal control before, and it was a very tough job trying to get rid of them all!!😩
Wow, they sound like birds.
That roof with the spikes though... jijkes. Is that normal
I love watching these...So interesting. Thank you for being humane...Have you ever been bit by one of the animals?
"They're pretty fresh" lol I love it
I love watching you guy at work. I often wonder where do the animals go after they take their babies from the box. Is it possible that you guys can relocate them to a safe environment?
I like the Hare that photobombed you at 15:20 heh

On a totally different tangent; What are Brad's thoughts regarding Nova Scotian James Blackwood The Raccoon Whisperer?
All those roofing nails

I was on the edge of my seat watching this video as I was concerned about you hitting your heads on those nails sticking down from the roof. Glad you didn't. You do a great job
The bunny neighbor runs up to see what all the commotion is about in the background @ 15:21
I can't believe one didn't die falling off
Love what you two do! SUBSCRIBED! Why didn't you put the box on the ground tho? Just in case?
OMG, that attic is very dangerous with that nails.
