I doubt moslems add that line to their prayers. However, the Torah teaches that Ishmael has spiritual merits as opposed to Esav (father of the Christians). You will notice that Ishmael ends with “el” which is one of the names of G-d as taught in the Torah. This means they have the merit of worshipping the ONE god as opposed to other nations. Also, due to their modesty, regular prayer and avoidance of some impure foods, they have extra merit. The biggest merit is they have circumsicion which god ordered for him to be at age 13. Due to these merits they are able to reside in the holy land of Israel for a certain amount of time until their merits run out.

God is for all humanity. He is not owned and anyone can pray to God. God answers prayers that lead to righteousness. God has forbidden injustice, even to himself. And we Muslims believe that God punishes anyone who is unjust.

we never say to Allah to ignore anyone for he does as he wills we only ask to hasten the punishment of the doomed and to guide the ones that you have willed to guide but in the end we believe that he does as he wills !

So We leave those who expect not their meeting with Us in their trespasses, wandering blindly in distraction. Why cant we live together in Peace and prayers like in the ottoman times where muslims and jews live in harmony together for hundrets of years side by side; You are talking with words like death, Exile and danger.
