It's always great to get feedback. Do share, like, subscribe and comment on the video.
This project will be the sharing of a special experience in which we hope you will want to participate. Some of the musicians are established and famous, others are among the brilliant budding talent that adorns Pakistan’s musical scene.
Each of the mehfils has a distinct atmosphere and mood, but there is a common thread. We asked each of the musicians to stay close to their respective inherited musical traditions, allowing the singers an opportunity to present some pieces that are rarely heard today. We are inspired to present the brilliance of this contemporary Pakistani music to a wider audience and seek your financial assistance in making this possible.

As if all notes and frequencies are standing in front of him with their bowed heads waiting. His voice carries them across the octaves and his hands make them bend and twist, as if a theremin, a conductor. Truly blessed! If you close your eyes, you could see the voices as if acrobats, dancers, performers that jump, glide and sway with such grace.

I was overjoyed at a mere glance of his name. I had requested his name for our journey. If I would have been in Pakistan, will not miss a single programme of his. I would have followed him like a shadow.. He is a Doyen masters master. His ripe sweet voice puts you on the gentle wave of divine ecstasy. The comments posted here are worth reading, they have very aptly potrayed him. In the end what Masterio said is worth pondering, and I remembered our noted Shreemati Gangubai Hangal once said " i can go on singing for hours, but will you able to sit and listen" Hum thak jayenge par inko kabhi thaka hua nahi paoge. Long live Ustadji and his equally talented shagird. Please convey our love to them. With all the respect and love from India

Pure bliss. One of my favorite ragas and Ustadji renders it with such finesse! Each note is caressed with such beauty! The bandish "Mangala Karana Sundara Gaja Gamini" translates to "The beautiful one (Sundara) who has the walk of an elephant (Gaja Gamini) and brings prosperity (Mangala Karana)." It refers to goddess Lakshmi. You almost feel like the goddess has graced your house while listening to this! Thank you The Dream Journey!
