Completely insane that the R12 has lock in those trees. We have older R8s at work and there is no way in a million years that I could get lock with the R8. Love the videos! Please keep posting!

They are amazing that’s for sure. Check into the R12 lights. Less expensive!

Excellent real world comparison Robert. Nothing could beat our Hiper GA base/rover with TRL35 and Carlson.... UNTIL we did a week demo of R10 base/R12 rover with TDL450. Amazing. Now conquering the forested mountains of PA.

I was using cell card in R12 base and cell cards in rovers. Hate radio but sometimes you don’t have a choice. Are you using Access now or Survey Pro?

Access on a new T7. Seem to achieve better precision/consistency with base/rover, and also we are often out of cell coverage on parts of jobs. Ran Hipers as of late with Fast Survey on a TSC3 and that was the bees knees until this R12 combo

Is RTK Reset still the preferred method when working in GNSS Hostile Environments or has that changed.

How R12 track more satellites ?
