I was bumping Rufus last month and a half to escape, I’ve been fighting, keeping my hopes up and staying determined, but I lost and I gave in and I couldn’t see the light I couldn’t find the way….but I got some hope, my dad came back healthier, he still fighting…but I was crying for him to this whole album….I mean I didn’t have to listen to it and make myself cry. But I did…I wanted to and I knew how strong the words, sound.. everything was….it helped me even though I was sad and depressed….but I got my dad back not all the way but I’m fighting for him, he’s gonna get better…and now I’m back here listening again. With all my hope, more positivity, less depression. And I’m still healing, earlier I was coping, but healing…in the end, I’m grateful I stumbled upon Rufus years ago….helped me get through it, helping me get through it now, ❤️ Much love to all you people out there, struggles are normal, being in kzread.info/dash/bejne/l2uK2MeQlbXdhbg.html dark and sad, is normal…but NEVER give in even if you’re not at 100% and only got 1% left…fight! Life will test you and you’re all warriors in your own rights, don’t give in, struggle goes hand in hand with overcoming :) stay spiritual stay strong and love even when you hate yourself, love others,…this always come back around!

This track, and the entire album, really does show how emotionally soulful electronic music can be to all the detractors out there who claim it's all soulless computer music made strictly for dancefloors, video games, and car commercials. This group's been proving as much for years now but they've really grown with this latest release. Well done mates.

The beginning of this song feels like entering into heaven, surrender and new sky are definetly my favourite rufus du sol songs, they touched my soul in a way I could never thought it was possible. Thank you guys for everything, your music has completly changed the way I see life.

I’m surprised no one has commented on this as a depiction of the Great Flood. They even use ancient terminology, “open up the heavens above” (waters above separated from waters below). The rectangles start as a flood on land with clouds above the horizon, then end as the rectangle water moving through water. These guys are deep into spreading truth.

The lyrics made me think about the ancient global scale/great flood(s) too. Although, the "great" flood/floods isn't something that the people singing in this song would be asking for lol, not really a showering of love or healing, being probably one of or the worst cataclysm ever experienced by mankind lol

Had the pleasure of seeing Rufus at red rocks in Colorado in 2022. This song was the most magical part of the concert, imagine you’re rolling balls, and this song is playing and suddenly the sky opens up and it starts raining… Epic!
