L1qu1d S1lenc3r yes most stories on majority or subreddits are fake, but that still doesn't make the story any less funny... the woman is claiming she isn't working and therefore they can't afford things and then claims her husband works at a law firm, now most law firms pay everyone a fairly decent wage, so unless he is the cleaner he should easily be able to afford $400 which if your kid was actually dying you would be willing to pay in order to get some proper family portraits with them

Because they just want sympathy and guilt trip the sellers. Most of it is a lie, they probably just want to buy for a bargain price and resell it later. Most people with kids with serious illness just want to spend time with their kids and don’t have time and money to buy unnecessary crap. They are grateful that their kids are alive every single day. They appreciate any gift from friends and family and non profit.

The fact that she feels the need to beg for handouts probably means he just gives her an allowance for groceries and such if he gives her anything at all. She's just using his work position to try and get what she wants.

where did you get that idea? My mom is single with 5 kids and never behaved this way. My friend is a single mom and doesn't act like that either. In face every single mom I came across wasn't like that. Only because they "sound" as if they are single moms with all that kids and guilt crap, doesn't mean they are ACTUALLY single moms. In fact, I doubt they are "moms" at all.

@@n1thecaptain965 Leukemia is a general term for cancer affecting the blood cells and bone marrow of the body (again, generally speaking.) There are many different types that affect the body differently and affect different age groups and genders at different rates Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma is a type of Leukemia. And yes, it can be VERY deadly. Some forms are less deadly than others, but due to the nature of blood and Leukemia, it can be hard to treat, unlike a carcinoma in situ (A cancerous tumor/cells that hasn't spread yet) that can be easily removed with surgery. Yes, dogs can get Leukemia, though I work in human health care, not veterinary, so I don't know enough to say anything specific about it in dogs or cats. Hope that helps.

Mine's much the same. Generous to a fault, but very proud at the same time. Doesn't like to be taken for granted, but it ends up happening anyway, then she gets bitter and prone to guilt tripping others, but yeah. Personally, I think she's too hard on herself and bottles things up too much, but I'd rather her be like that than... whatever this is.

Makes me happy that I get paid an hourly wage at my job, but every time I think about my job I get royally pissed. I cannot WAIT to finish a CS program through my community college (yeah I went to a 4 year but I almost instantly hit ultimate rock bottom, long story). Long term goal is game development. I've had a playstation 2 since I was 7 and it just randomly hit me not too long ago about what my dream career was

I have offered to teach high school kids data center operations and cyber security over the summer. I have been asked how much I would pay during this. Dude!! I am saving you $80,000+ by avoiding student loans. Why should I pay you? There isn't any real work as most shifts I am just on stand-by in case things go wrong. I would be developing training material and planning what to teach. Entitled attitudes are all I have gotten. No one has ever taken me up on the offer. All I can say is, "Enjoy spending half your working life paying off student loan debt!!"

Some people are stupid and don't realise the difference between someone offering help and people trying to get free work out of someone. From what I could gather you said you would teach them for free you didn't say you would get them to work 16 hour days for no pay lol.
