You never want to "burn your bridges " when it comes to leaving a job because you never know when you might want to go back to it . (The grass is not always greener on the other side. ) If you give the proper notice, and stay positive and helpful to the company while exiting; they will hire you back at a higher rate! Thank you Dan! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Two weeks is nice. One month if you’re feeling generous. And that day if you’re like FU. 😂

Does the company give you two weeks when you get fired? Never go back, burn bridges, you know how to swim.

Never go back, OK. However it never, absolutely never is to your advantage to burn bridges, if burn bridges means you trash your former company.

What is the truth? You need a change? You're pursuing a different path? You're going to stay home with the kids for awhile? What is the truth?

Can I just walk away??? What if I write a letter of resignation and put it in my boss' mailbox and leave? I've been working in a horrifically toxic environment for 4 years: verbal and physical threats/harassment, slander, illegal activity. One coworker admitted that I was singled out and targeted as the scapegoat and when I asked why, he said, "Because you take it...ha ha ha!" It's gotten so bad that I'm suicidal. These people are sick.@@TheWizardOfWords

Dan I have a boss that blasts me on our team chat usually after she talks to me in private she sends a team message reminder to avoid or prevent what she just discussed with me. Today she said blah blah queue needs attention, my name, can you get work on that batch. I had been assigned to the queue for the day. I am wanting to know how to address this projection of her issues onto me. The Universe had my back though because I was effected by a network issue that prevented me access to the program used for that batch the entire day.😂😂😂 Seriously though, I am already looking for another job because of this foolishness of calling me out. Her usual team chat message is this batch hasn't been worked, who's got it? Any kind clear communication you can offer would be much appreciated before i have a not so nice woman to woman talk with her.
