Instead put them to use by having a vanilla exit interview so your new employer doesn't get poisoned by them when doing a background check. Only after that do you call them out.

Can't guarantee you won't be fired or passes over for promotions if you do speak up, but if you're unhappy with a work situation already, might try to address it.
