I am a cheerleader now younger than them and this inspires me to keep trying and working to be better to all of yall awesome people who think that you could never do or be as good as any one else you are good enough and keep striving for the best you can be

Pom squads are a lot like dance teams. Only they ALWAYS use poms and dance teams won't always use them

When your school actually has good funding for stuff like this

It must be an honor.😔 Update, 1 year later: I didn’t get into the team and I became an all star (competitive) cheerleader. I’m trying out again this year, I have a good feeling about this year! Edit: some time later, I made it in! Finally after years of training I made the cheer team! And it’s not that much of an honor, it’s just a fun sport :D

ED 3510 Yes, Because Pom squad is just dancing and i think not cheering for the team just dancing for the team. Cheerleading is tumbling and cheering chants.

A lot of schools don’t even have Pom squads so some people may have just thought that it was the same as a cheer squad.

I watch this every day to learn how to be a cheerleader but even if there’s no cheerleading in Canada that much at least I appreciate that I have a cheerleading costume

1:25 the girls in the white uniforms are cheerleaders, this is POM SQUAD, they are kinda like dance team. Cheerleaders cheer on the sidelines during a football game, and do stunts and yell cheers, these girls are performing a dance routine during halftime while the cheerleaders and football players get a break
