The last update messed up my invoices again. I spent an hour on the phone with someone from QuickBooks but we couldn't fix the problem. The Old +New / Invoice / Old Style button is gone. I'm unable to sync my desktop to my mobile app. My invoices on Desktop look correct, but on my mobile app they are in black and white, missing my memo (hold harmless agreement), they are showing settings I disabled on my desktop invoices. If I try and create an invoice after selecting a customer it takes me to a screen to reselect a customer and my invoice numbers are restricted to only numbers, not keypad for letters

@@quickbooks I've already been down that road. It ended in a 3 hour phone call with one your support members giving up. If you have an email address or anyway to send pictures I'd love to have you take a look at what I'm referring to.
So what’s the difference between that and simple start? Can I get a bookkeeper? Why would I even want simple start if I can get this?

I’m a single member llc but solopre isn’t for me as I have Shopify I run off of….. I’d miss sooooo mud simple start can’t even make simple 😊
