YES header does not come with the KIT, I only found this out after receiving my end-user kit, you don't get the 10x2 (PN# HRS-2FY-20-SG-SMT) and 5x2 headers (PN# HRS-2FY-10-SG-SMT) ordered from Digikey they cost less than $12 shipped, but no you can be charged $15 to 45 just for these... that is total BULLSHIT. even though I watched this video a few times, I never heard "it does not come with the headers" probably I didn't know what to expect. thanks for the video and the great info.

Bro you just saved me 48$ There is no info at all about these connectors, and i almost spent 60 bucks for 2 tiny connectors (20$ item + 40$ shipping which is ridiculous) but the 10 pin connector wasn't in stock so i just bought 3 5 pins and imma fuse 2 of them together.

Are there different versions of the end user kit? My friend has one in his 06 accord. If he unmarries it from his ecu and sells it to me. Would it work in my 02 RSX ecu?

@@m.h.tuning885It's possible. You just hook it to the PC. No need to be in an ecu. I bought a used one and found out it was locked. Sent it back

My ECU doesn't have those little chips soldered in. Does it matter?
