My mother told me to get the fuck off of every Harley I ever owned up until her death in 2006. I usually listened to her but not when it came to my bikes. Been riding Harleys since 1984 and still riding them today. I do wish that I had held onto at least one of my Shovelheads though. Looks like I’ll have to buy another one. They just have such a great sound.

The only one that comes close is when I opened my shed during a storm and the wind blew it shut on me. The door knob has a 3/8" bolt sticking out roughly 2" which nailed me rite on my rib.. it took me down and I swear to God I thought my wife shot me because she was yelling "checking on me lol" and I said u dirty bitch u shot me😂 oh the shame in that story is real. Take care my friend never trust kick starters, door knobs but mainly neve ever trust your wife

I’ve only kickstarted a little Suzu 400, some old fella friend told me I was doing it unsafe and that I needed to come over and learn on his old bikes. Then the prick died so I missed my chance forever. He scared me so bad “yeah I got my panther because the owner broke his leg starting it” whaaat?

I've always found that a large crowd of onlookers really helps when kick starting a motorbike

Someone teach this man how to kick! I learned real fast starting my pan/shovel trying to get to work on time!

No gauges, no suspension, no forward brake, no automatic starter....boy, I bet that bike is fun to ride!!

Along with an engine that actually produces some power The starter motor on my Rocket 111 Roadster generates more power than that pile of Junk

That's why I love my 2017 Fatboy S. On top of having the whole screaming eagle 110, it has a button that starts it right up.
