i dont think its down, i think because the long forks are lifting the front of the bike he has had to bend it to get it to function properly, might be wrong though idk.

The bike looks nicely put together. Nice to watch video. I'd certainly enjoy a night cruise around Tokyo... but not on a bike with a foot clutch so high that my knees are touching my ears 🙃
