Form ~ 1.5 liters
8 g agar agar + 50 ml water
Warm up
350ml milk
200 g condensed milk
Cook for 1-2 minutes
200 g sour cream/yoghurt
Add fruit
Do everything quickly, because agar-agar hardens very quickly

refrigerate until completely cooled
Ready dessert keeps its shape well

250-300 g strawberries
250-300 g peeled banana
Drizzle the bananas with lemon juice to prevent them from browning
25g instant gelatin + 70ml cold water
Let stand for 5-10 minutes
350 cottage cheese of any fat content (I have 9%)
400 g sour cream of any fat content (I have 20%)
150 g sugar (it turned out very sweet)
10 g vanilla sugar
Blend with a hand blender until smooth (approx. 2 minutes)
Melt the swollen gelatine (2 times for 15 seconds in the microwave)
mix thoroughly
Add strawberries and banana and mix again
I have a split ring 18 cm
Smooth the top
~ 30g white chocolate (you can use any or not use it at all)
Store in the refrigerator until the gelatin is completely hardened
The dessert holds its shape well and is easy to cut.
This dessert is this summer's favorite! Incredibly delicious and easy!

3 cups of water
1 cup sugar
20 g agar agar
stir and let stand for 15-20 minutes
take 1-2 pieces of different fruits or berries
Peel and cut all fruits beforehand

When all the fruits and berries are prepared, bring the syrup with agar to a boil
Assemble cake
Pour some syrup into the bottom of the mold, then place the fruit in a pattern
Gradually lay out all the fruits and fill everything with syrup
Remove the mold in a cool place for 10 minutes
make a strawberry smoothie
1/2 cup water
1 cup strawberry puree
1.5 tablespoons sugar
10g agar
mix well and bring the mixture to a boil
Pour the strawberry jelly over the frozen layer
Place in a cool place for another 10-15 minutes
Tip the finished jelly onto a serving plate
Mmm... how fresh and delicious!

To keep all fruit from oxidizing, I toss them gently in a bowl of orange juice and leave them there until I’m ready to assemble the dessert. The orange juice doesn’t make the fruit sour like lemon juice does and when you’re finished you have a fruit infused orange juice to drink on ice or add into another dessert!

I do also : ) except that I use pineapple juice. I buy packs of the little 6 oz cans to have on hand for fruit. Just put the sliced fruit in a sandwich baggie with an ounce or two of juice zip it shut and shake . It's fantastic for lunch box apple slices, no browning... the added flavor is great.

My mother used to make something similar using whipped cream and mayo. It was a frozen dessert. I think it was called Winter Salad. May give the one with the yogurt a try as it has less fat.

I've never seen a recipe with a persimmons before. I only found out about them a few years ago and have only found them in stores a few times since.
