With a stretch, you could call the condensed milk and sour cream "milk," but the agar-agar, definitely not. And that's not something I have hanging around in my cupboard on the off chance that I decide to make a fruit dessert!

Interesting and unusual combination Of fruits. It's a great way To use up Fruit before it goes bad. I remember in the 50s and early 60s Seeing all kinds of food Gelatinized and formed in an Angle Food pan.

The fruit dessert looks so perfect & pretty I wouldn't want to cut it. I've never had it before but love all the fruits you put in. Could you add blueberries or strawberries? I'd have to leave out the grapefruit.😊
