Prepare yourself a delicious breakfast in minutes using tortilla (lavash) and mozzarella cheese. This is a recipe for a delicious and quick breakfast or snack when you don't have time to cook. You can use basil leaves instead of green onions. You can also use any cheese you like, as long as it melts.

Ingredients
- tortilla (20cm);
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup;
- 1 stalk of green onion;
- 90g mozzarella cheese.
1. Spread tomato sauce on tartilla. Chop the green onions and sprinkle them on the tortilla. Spread mozzarella cheese on top.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200'C for about 7-8 minutes.
