I'm not sure I understand the question but will try to answer all questions I can come up with. 1. True your 4th axis by running an indicator making sure its square to the table. 2. Sweep the indicator from front to back making sure the fixture is flat. 3. Once flat set your fixture offset A rotation to 0. 4. Rotate your A - 90 G00 A -90. G58 (G58 is whatever offset you set your 4th axis to be). 5. Once rotated probe the surface of the table along your Y axis. Write the number down. 6. Rotate the axis the other direction. G00 A90. G58 7. Again probe the surface of the table, it should be from the other direction now. Write that number down. 8. Subtract the 2 numbers you got and then divide by 2 put the resulting number in your Y offset of whatever offset your using example G58. You're basically rotating the face of the table to where the top of the table is facing the front and then the back of the machine probing the surface of the table in both orientations. That's how you set the Y Hope that helps.

@@CAMER_21 I won't be able to make a video until next week or so, so will try and explain here. 1st are you using a fixture plate like you see my vise attached to in my video or just the 4th axis with a chuck? Explain your setup a little.
