DU is there because it's what Challenger 2's fire. Theres a couple of reasons why. First, its density makes it highly effective. Second, the rifled barrels in the tanks sent make them very accurate - downside is they can't use standard NATO ammunition, and the UK stocks are DU only.

TBF there is always boom booms in Wiltshire, I assume you are referring to Salisbury Plain, it's one of the only training areas for live and blank firing in the UK, that all aspects of the Army and RAF can get to use all the different arms of the services in one area to play war games.

The UK has been helping to finance the war. So, I think we can safely say we're involved in the war. They've also trained people to use the weapons and tanks that has been sent to Ukraine. Just say no to War!

Yes, he did. He said we are already at war with Russia as our and other countries have troops over there fighting against the Russians only they haven’t told us yet and that Fishy Rishi didn’t want to be a wartime prime minister, so that’s why he’s called the election early. Russia has threatened to attack various areas in the UK.

The freedoms people thought they were fighting for and the culture they believed they were protecting have been quietly surrendered and mindlessly squandered to the point that it appears we are now where those we opposed then were then. Were it not for the blood of millions of Russians, we would not have ended up on the winning side, if there is such a thing in the context of war, which is utterly debatable. As far governemnts asking for the People's opinion - I see that when consulting about poultry registration 75% of respondents objected to extending the regulations, and the Government's response was to observe how helpful it was and then ignore it. I rather think that fulfills the criteria for soft dictatorship. It certainly is not democratic.

By minimising the war's visibility, they aim to prevent disruptions in daily & economic activities. For the moment..My view it’s about money .. time will show who profits at the cost of suffering…

We were at war with Argentina, but it was never named as such. Establishment have some strange ideas about what a war is. Men dying in combat is not necessarily, in their view, result of war. So it could be that we are, technically, at war with Russia, but not officially.
