Here are some qubo ads from VeggieTales on TV from WKYC in Cleveland Ohio. Unfortunately, whoever taped this cut most of the ads out (and probably taped over an episode?), so this is all I have. However, one of these episodes was the premiere of Esther, The Girl Who Became Queen!
From Esther, The Girl Who Became Queen (November 10, 2007):
1. qubo "Soccer" bumper (Funny enough, they took an ad break during the part of the Island of Perpetual Tickling scene where the French Peas scream)
2. Chuck E. Cheese School Fundraising bumper (I would've loved for my school to do this as a kid!)
3. WaterWOW! (These things were popular back then!)
4. Vontage (Remember when having cellphone service on the go was a luxury?)
5. 3-2-1 Penguins promo (I know this ad by heart!)
6. Reading...Everybody's Doing It! PSA (Kids discuss their favorite books)
7. qubo "Cup Surfin" bumper (A very common one back then!)
8. qubo "Dance Party" bumper (When this was on, you knew that VeggieTales was over!)
9. Can Your Food Do That? PSA: "Sleeping Grandpa" (partially cut off, not sure if by TV station or whoever recorded it.
10. Unknown "The More You Know" PSA (cut out by person who recorded it)
11. The Senior Health and Wellness Center/MetroHealth ad (Strange to see a local ad on qubo!)
I am unsure about if these next few ads are from before Little Joe or a VeggieTales on TV recording that somehow got overwritten. This portion I was able to date to January 19th, 2008 due to the first ad:
13. Snippet of a High School Musical: The Ice Tour ad (I saw this, but we had terrible seats)
14. Dragon and My Friend Rabbit promo (incomplete. I remember both these shows!)
15. 3-2-1 Penguins promo (incomplete)
From The Ballad of Little Joe (January 26, 2008):
1. qubo "Soccer" bumper (again)
2. ColorBlast! (The same music was used in an ad for a local car restoration service called AutoMat whose ad played on The Hub's airings of Animaniacs)
3. Hot Wheels Beast Bash (I remember the "Beat that!" slogan)
4. Blendy Pens (These are somewhat familiar?)
5. qubo channel ad (I wanted this ad a kid!)
6. qubo "Cup Surfing" bumper (again)
7. Unknown ad about butterflies (incomplete)
8. Saltimbanco by Cirque Du Soliel ad (incomplete)
9. The Zimmer Twins ad (I remember this site!)
10. qubo racecar bumper (incomplete, this was taped over by the next show)

I remember watching this channel so much. I knew the order in which every single commercial would come on. My sister would freak out whenever she'd be doing her homework on the kitchen table and I'd be there in front of the screen reciting every line on the television.

as someone who was born watching tv with and without cable, i fondly remembered watching qubo pretty much throughout the 2010s during my childhood and even my early teenhood the channel as a whole, and for what's it worth, gave me such a pleasant experience with a few shows that i've actually had personal favorites on

The thing I love about Qubo is that it never changes. It still looks like this after all these years, and it's great! Channels like Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, and Cartoon Network have changed throughout the years, but Qubo still uses the same bumpers and promos. That's why I love Qubo.

Certainly. The late 2000s adverts and stuff makes you feel like you are an elementary school kid in 2008, coming home to watch some cartoons.

The only thing that changed are alot of the shows which is sad also that qubo is shutting down this month.

Ugh I just found out that Qubo is shutting down, and I'm a bit sad about that. At least it'll be in our memories.

Qubo is definitely an interesting block I actually used to watch it quite a bit as a kid I remember watching Jacob two two dragon by dav pilkey Babar and etc I actually also remember one night at my grandparents house my brother was watching qubo and I was like cool Saturday morning cartoons at night but it turns out at that time qubo just launched it’s 24/7 channel Qubo shows looking back can be hit or miss but you do get classics It’s not as good as it was when it first launched but they still have some good shows reruns of the original inspector gadget is an example of this
