The best experience as a kid. What a thrill it was to play this game and then to come across quakeworld

I didn't play Quake. But I spent hours on Quake III. Played early multi-player back then on a dial-up connection.

Good stuff. It ran horrid but I played this online back in 97 on a 28.8k 😂

That was added for the 2021 remaster update. They changed Nightmare difficulty to be identical to Hard except you can’t heal past 50 health.

True. I'm currently playing the 2021 version with full raytracing and my mind is being blown again. RT really shows it's strength in this game. The graphics feels like an old school CGI lol. Lightning really makes 90% of realism.

I played Nightmare and it was fun... GOD MODE ON certainly helped hahaha.

E2m6 usually begins from the location at 1:01:30 I see for the first time this level with such beginning. Very interesting.

@@THEDESINGERSWORKSThe nightmare skill is activated by going through that passage. The bonus on the wall isn't needed to enable nightmare.

No half-assed story, no quest markers, no detection meter. put headphones on and play on Nightmare for the full experience.

Nice, finally! Now play quake 2 and maybe classic dooms, Duke nukem 3d, classic wolfensteins and then for the sake of god, afraid of monsters(hl1 mod) and cry of fear(goldsrc game).

Ever since I saw on the news in 2000 about a dr light and wily starting up their company together to make robots, I have worked with them and also studied their work. It is beautiful, with many blueprints and ideas that could help out with my experiments and may come in handy for many years to come. They have also been working with the military and the UAC, by giving them Light Armor and Wily Weaponry. I should use this in the experiment.

At 1:32:52 (Wind Tunnels), how do you stop the draft from shooting you into the next tube, rather than land in the roof area where the quad damage is? I've studied this video in slo-mo but there's no indication of how it's done, I've tried using the motion controls and this doesn't slow the speed or change direction. I'm playing on Quakespasm 93.2.
