Sara and Jimmy need their own show together. They are such opposites but are both so clever and witty in a similar way. It would be amazing to see them on a Travel Man style adventure trying to survive each other.

she'd certainly be a better fit than his new best friend Katherine Ryan. then again, not too high a bar, that one.
Only in Britain will you find a show reviewing the difference between sheep and goats. Except maybe New Zealand. 😂

If you're curious you can see a demonstration of the balloon in a car in a video called "a baffling ballon behavior"

Thanks, I checked that video out! Very cool, when you go forward in a car, the regular air goes backwards, and the helium balloon gets pushed forward. Neat
Is that Josh Widdicombe doing the “sheep or goat” line? Sounds so much like his “Sarah and Duck” impression
She isnt far with a sheep growing plant as an answer, the Vegetable Lamb of Tartary is a fictional plant that was believed to be real for a while but its a plant that grows sheep as its fruits

Now, that is excellent. Definitely quite interesting. Thank you 👏👏👏
Sara Pascoe is so beautiful, and so sharp. Would love to see her do standup live
The blood-red sky in The Scream is widely believed to be a result of particulate in the atmosphere, ejected by the massive eruption of Krakatoa in the Sunda Strait off Indonesia. 😱

Underrated comment
Opposite of monopoly is polypoly.
During the 'orphaned negatives' part, I found myself wondering if 'whelm' might be an orphaned root? Both 'overwhelmed' and 'underwhelmed' are used commonly, but was 'whelmed' ever used? I've tried it out, and found it's a useful way to say 'I experienced it, but it didn't cause a deviation from the baseline state. I might say in response to something: "Well, that was whelming." It's a peculiar thing to say, but people immediately get it from context.

I'm fairly confident that saying you're just whelmed is about as old as dry comedy itself is I've seen it in comics, animated sitcoms and British panel shows more times than I can count

@@skilletborne Well-trodden as it might be as a joke that elicits a subtle body-language acknowledgement of comedic intent, and nothing further, my query was not in reference to the kinds of quips of which type I must admit to having engaged, but simply as to whether there might have been a historical usage which pre-dated the prefix-only variants in contemporary non-clever usage. I don't really care. I could search it if I did. But I'm looking forward to making AI voices read that sentence.
Jimmy and Sandy need to be contestants on taskmaster!! And take David Mitchell and Rob Brayden and Jack Dee, and Suzy and Rachel
JIMMY CARR WOULD MAKE A GREAT ROBOT IN A MOVIE .
There are man-eating plants in the novel and movie called the day of the triffids.

Someone should tell Jimmy that in superman 4 the super villain was made by that throwing of nules into the sun. That would be a real problem without a super hero

It's a root vegetable. Carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, lilies, daffodils, tulips etc. can all survive being uprooted, having their stems and roots removed and being stored for a long time. They're designed to lay dormant over winter, similarly to hibernation. When we harvest them, they essentially just go to sleep.

They are referring to the lap, so the apostrophe is possesive. Cat hater's lap. Whose lap? The cat hater's lap.

Would u not just ditch near the sun n let it fall in? Who cares how long that might take. Its better than sending toxic waste into space I don't condone that
@steve470
6 ай бұрын
Because it will still be moving as fast as whatever just ditched it, and it the same direction - there's no air resistance to slow it down. It would just go into orbit around the Sun, possibly colliding with something (maybe even Earth) at some point in the future.
@whispersmith

@@steve470pretty sure the orbit would degrade and it'd fall into the sun
@kurimgiga5311

@@whispersmith There's no "drag" in space. If orbits degraded, there wouldn't be any planets. Anything you launch from Earth will stay near Earths orbit (around Sun) on average. (yes, supermassive black holes orbiting each other have degreading orbit, but that is because they send gravity waves on a scale that actually costs them "orbiting energy")
Is Sara a vegan? I'm not sure!
