How did you choose the dimensions of the border? 2859 mm is about 112.5 inches, so I'm not sure how that relates to your paper size.

Just going off your paper size and what size you actually want your border. Your right looking back not sure why I did the measurements 1m oversize! It doesn't matter as you will scale it down in the last process.
Do the print screen always in the same position or it change according to last printing task

If you have closed the program it will change to default but if it remains open then it will stay in the same position
Easier way to do the math is just do it in the number box where you put in your measurements, the calculator is too slow and inaccurate for me. Using your example, instead of pulling out the calculator, just add /4 at the end of the Width number so it will change to 2859/4.
