Great video I definitely learned a bit more about rpo’s and pre/post snap reads. Can’t wait for the next one.

Love these videos man. Learned a lot! I have a question about the route at 5:24, would that just be considered a corner route with an inside release, or is there another name for it?

Yes- some people call it a “stem corner” or a “box corner”. Thank you for watching man! Glad this could help

Thanks for uploading this! By the way, I am still young and have a school schedule to keep up with. Do you know a consistent way to keep up with a decent football schedule? For example how many days should I practice a week?
@firstdowntraining

Well that kind of depends on the amount of work you’re doing when you’re working out. Like if you’re a QB and you do 100 throws every workout… you can probably throw 3 times a week and be fine. But if you’re only doing 25 throws a workout you can probably throw 4-6 times per week. It all depends

Whats up man new to football and just want to learn, is the second play Dolphins vs Niners is that 4-2-5? or 4-3? I see 4 down linemen, 2 backers and 5 dbs? Thanks man!

Yessir would be 4-2-5

Love these videos man. If I’m the dolphins, an I see that backer dropping that deep, I’m running this same play next series an if they align the same way, I’m having the TE chip and run a shallow cross or slant/sit. That backer can’t get to the TE and cover the dig at the same time. ♟

That’s common but I think you just need a general knowledge of coverages and defenses so when you see it in a game you know what it is
