Ben is it normal that bushings break fast? Like in a matter of days. I'm unsure to spend money on new ones but my trucks are all off-axis and crooked and it's hard to mantain balance during difficult tricks. Should I buy them? And should I pick bushings from the brand of my trucks? Thanks a lot man. Amazing channel!
@JohnDoe-yo3ed
5 жыл бұрын
I guess it's individual since it takes me couple of seconds to get used to new bushings. I've never had to break in new trucks (except going from indys 139 to 144). I think you'll be fine, it'll take maybe more time to get used to it. I can recommend bones or indepedent bushing, haven't ridden anything else.

Ben! could you please give me a little bit of advice please? I ride 149 hollow indys on a 8.25 deck, I have bones medium bushings and like my trucks quite loose, I can ride very stable and have decent balance, but I feel like when I do moving ollies or any trick while rolling I'll land then fall off 2 seconds later, (not wheelbite just unstable landing) I think it's because my board lands ever so slightly crooked, any exercises or advice? I don't feel like riding tight trucks as I love manuals and feel like loose trucks help me with them
@JohnDoe-yo3ed

So you don't get a wheel bite but still fall off your board? I can't really image how that happens. You need to have your weight distributed above the middle of the board, not landing leaned sideways.

Review some of those revamped tensors
Hi ben could you please do a review on a crailtap board with royal trucks please.. im really interested in wot you think about the trucks..
I have those gonz super stars but I can’t get my self to skate them I kinda wanna just have em as a collectors item
On the truck pinch question. Is it impossible to nail down crooked grinds with really tight trucks?

I think so.
sw front blunt is so cool, man1
what’s ted up to these days, he’s my favorite :) these videos are awesome.

Thanks man!
You said on your videos deluxe numbers Their concave. I just got a four today is that the steepest or the mellowest?
No mention of venture..😥
Then i guess i must stick to one set up if i want to get better faster.
During the favorite shoe question, when you said the new balance shoe, were you referring to the 420?

You de man!
yeah, GAGE! TAKE THAT.
Make a skate part!
If only I was as consistent with my 3-flips as you are switch, I'd have a sweet 3-flip over the hubba as my profile pic. Here's a lame boardslide
D'you remember the Mark Gonzalez Simple shoe?
You should make a oj wheels review video
I love you Ben (no homo)

You have to skate a pair of matchcourt Slip ons.
Are you brother with Ted Degros?
Ben! could you please give me a little bit of advice please? I ride 149 hollow indys on a 8.25 deck, I have bones medium bushings and like my trucks quite loose, I can ride very stable and have decent balance, but I feel like when I do moving ollies or any trick while rolling I'll land then fall off 2 seconds later, (not wheelbite just unstable landing) I think it's because my board lands ever so slightly crooked, any exercises or advice? I don't feel like riding tight trucks as I love manuals and feel like loose trucks help me with them

So you don't get a wheel bite but still fall off your board? I can't really image how that happens. You need to have your weight distributed above the middle of the board, not landing leaned sideways.
Question: how do you feel about the spitfire formula 4 s radial slim?

They are great. I still prefer classics.

@@bendegros Good to know, this is my first set of spitfires in 10 years, I might try the classics next
Adidas is the best skate shoe. Try the MJ. Mark Johnson The one with the extra rubber on the nose maybe a tad ugly but solid great shoe and you can get it with out. Oh, and it's also know as Adidas Matchcourt.

How do the soles last on adidas? I seem to always get holes in the bottom of most brands before the rest of the shoe is dead.
Tom Morello?
I agree there is a lot of petty judegement and just plain stupidity on slap. They're user base is basically a joke.
what is ted doing these days? his skating and videos are sick as fuck. i love the style.
I had those vans
Do companies send you decks and trucks and wheels and shoes to review or do you have to buy them?
