I can appreciate her standing by the purpose of the graphic, and how it has sustained over time. A solid foundation.

Wow! That was such an entertaining and rich presentation! I am checking out those other articles now. Dr. Hollis is indeed so much more than her reading rope, but it definitely has inspired so many. Thank you!

Thank you for this insightful talk. What do you think of teachers creating larger versions and displaying a colorful rope, sometimes in a different order (three strands on top vs the bottom) on bulletin boards in schools for students and parents? I have seen images on social media and I do not see how it is useful or practical for young learners to be exposed to theoretical information, or even parents dropping their kids off.

*Nothing new to the little information given. Only the vague answers to questions that are not answered at all.*

Disagree. This gave me a TON of insight into the ropes history and make sense of how people apply or reference it in the SoR world. The rope WAS meant to be vague and simple apparently.
