I always love it when I see “this is a long one!” I get so much fiber stuff done.

Oh. I love that. I always wonder if people are going to nod off or just think they can't stand it all 😂
these question and answer podcasts are always so informative, thank you for doing them!!

Agreed!
I really appreciate that you answer questions from the comments.
I always enjoy your Q and A videos so much. It's like getting a behind the scene look at all the videos and I always learn so much! Looking forward, as always, to seeing where your journey takes you over the next several months! Have a fun time with your dad this weekend!
Happy birthday to Dad!
I often miss the Sunday lives but I sure do appreciate your sense of humor, your knowledge and aesthetic- but mostly your kindness. Thanks.
I enjoy these episodes because you answer all the questions I didn’t realize I needed answered 😂 Thanks Trish
Yippee one of my favorites, it’s fun when you answer questions.
Always fun to have you with me as I do a project. Enjoyed listening. I have a Patrick Green triple picker and the secret to NOT tearing up any fiber is to open it up and send through SMALL BITS! It may take longer but i dont hurt the fiber, more trash comes out and because i take my time i dont hurt myself with the picker. Mohair was the easiest to shred-for me- i would send it through a couple of times and get even the dirtiest fiber to where i wasnt afraid to send it through my Patrick Green electric carder. I spend quite a bit of time speaking with Patrick and his wife, Paula Simmons...yes, im that old...lol, anyway, i took the picker to several guild meetings and MOST people would not listen to me when i said SMALL amounts, it was true for the carder as well, i watch people on youtube and they send huge chunks of fiber and wonder why it is SO hard to crank the carder handle...lol... I am jabbering on...sorry...have a great time with your Dad, tell him Happy Birthday from one Gemini to another
Always feel wiser after a Q&A ❤
I love these q&a. There always seems to be something I didn't think about or a video mentioned that I had meant to rewatch.
I love that your wheel behind you has its own cubby.
I always love the questions and answers videos. I almost always get answers to questions I didn't even think of! Thanks!
It’s always great to see your videos pop up on my notifications M
Thank you so very much for the Q&A, we are so fortunate that you share your knowledge and expertise. Take care ❤
Now I really want to try making a rug. I love that every time I watch my crafting ADD kicks in and I'm like oooh, gotta make that😆
Great video, thanks for answering the questions where we could all learn from your answers.
I hope one day I will be able to sit and spin without looking while chatting like you! Loved the fractal spin video, and am looking forward to doing one.

It just takes practice. I would stop looking for a few seconds at a time and see how it felt at first, and it just gradually gets longer and longer.
Thank you your answers to our question. I always find you so helpful.
Love the longer ones! I listened while weaving 😁
These are my favorite videos! :) I was swatching while watching!
Hi Trish. while watching this I'm plying my Dancing Skies singles in a two ply very barber poled sport weight. Mine was Gum Tree and definitely looks like candy. Your videos are so inspiring and have taught me a lot. With whatever amount is left on the bobbin I will try chain ply for the first time. Thank you for all the hard work you put into the vids. You are the best!
Great question/answer session. Brings up many ideas for future videos! 😊 I have some natural border Leicester locks that I think I’m going to dye and then spin with a dark gray/black Romney fleece! That’s going to be so much fun to experiment with!
I love the Q & A videos. Thanks for doing it! ❤
Thank you Trish! Happy Birthday to your dad :) I am happy to hear your opinion on the books. I have them both and love them!
Thank you for sharing all your knowledge and experience.
I love the Q & A’s Thanks for all you do.
Thanks for the answer. I also have a Harrisville. 36" 4 shaft.
I love the Q&As. Have a great weekend with your Dad…. Now I want pie

Knitting machines fascinate me. I want one.
Great question and answer podcast.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Great video again - thanks Trish. I always learn so much from you! It’s funny, but I feel exactly the same about the pickers - I cannot see how they don’t rip the fibres…🤷🏼♀️ It seems too brutal to me! I thought I was the only one who felt that way! 😊🙏
That batt spun up great, looks fun colours 🙂 💜
I hope you dye that purple color way you dye last month. I really wanted that one.
I have two knitting machines packed away. Both are brother machines. I hope to get them out again when I retire.
“Depends on the person and the goat”. Haha, that’s the most accurate answer I have heard to “Is mohair itchy?” Btw this person so far hasn’t found much mohair that isn’t. I seem to be particularly sensitive to it which is strange because I can tolerate wools that other people find itchy.
That looks very pretty as you spin
Thanks for another great video
Neat! I just finished my Dancing Skies Fiber last week and also did a 3-ply fractal, but split into 2, 4, and 8 for each ply. I got the Paddy colorway, which isn't really my favorite set of colors. Anything that isn't my favorite seems to turn into a fractal. Not sure about the psychology behind that! Can't wait to see how yours goes.
I love the QA…you know if one person has the ? 10 others do as well. Here is a squirrel question. What is the brand and color of your lipstick. It is perfect for your complexion, And we have similar coloring. I can’t find a color that doesn’t make me look like an evil clown.

This is it! The color is called "a go go". colourpop.com/products/a-go-go
I would love a level winding bobbin but buying special bobbins sounds costly. The LWS system uses the original bobbins but requires power. Dreaming Robots next model is supposed to have a level winding system but it’s a couple of years away. 😩
I do not subscribe to Paradise Fibers anymore because it has become too expensive with thedifference in our dollar to yours...works out to 75 dollars per month....buy fleece in larger reduced quantities however and learning from your tips and advice on how to get desired colourways so thankful for your help.
Your kromski lazy Kate is gorgeous. Can you use schacht matchless bobbins on it?
Enjoyed spinning along with you! What podcast did you used to do?
Love this video thank you I did notice that you are spinning Z wise and have the wool over the left hooks ! I’m confused I thought it went on the right hand side hooks, should I be on the left and not the right ? 🤷♀️🤦♀️
I noticed some of your older videos say "members only", how does one become a member?
I know this will sound stupid, but when you talk about brushing the mohair, do you mean actually brushing it with a hair brush? I've only been spinning 2 years now, so I still have a lit to learn.
I was wondering if you ever spun silk hankies? Is it a pain?
Funny....6 pages of questions went fast for me lol. Not quite so fast for you lol.

Do you think the sugar would hurt anything? It would be awful to rinse out and kind of a waste...😊
@FiberLoveDiary

I think the rinsing would be the big problem. It would get all clumpy and stick to all of it after it dissolves
