Bro... you are sooo good at describing your craft. I don’t know if I’ve ever heard someone explain their techniques in such an articulate and visceral way. I’d imagine you would be an absolutely amazing commentator! Hopefully you’re never off a swell long enough for us to all find out tho. Thanks for this man

when you think about it. its not that crazy they started surfing imma say..... before the age of 6 they've been surfing. around 9 years hitting 15. Growing up with north shore power. That sounds just about right for chargers around that age.

@@scottsmith4145 of course, but you never know til you go, being uncomfortable in a situation like what was said means your going to progress slowly if at all, and taking those risks is how one gets better at something, in life or sports or both and that teaches how to fall the best way, not panic as much, gives one confidence in what’s next, teaches you to control emotions better and those are valuable things to help progress, and not hesitate as much, or not at all, that’s what gets one in trouble most and that’s for shit in and outta the water,.. this my opinion that’s all

Here in aus we have a lot of big swell generally and it's messy and steep on a good day, I've picked up surfing again after taking a break through my teens and I'm still handling my fear now but now I'm really good at getting beat down at least XD
