From Cloud and Sephiroth, to Shulk and Pyra, I love how Smash connects these characters together, and makes sure the characters are aware, and interact with newcomers that they know. It really makes them seem more realistic, and like they're the actual characters, rather than just being toys that pose as the real thing.

Well, Idk if you have seen the video of presentation for Pyra and Mythra, but Sakurai was originally going to make Rex as playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate along with Pyra and Mythra, but he said that it'll be too complicated for them to develop, animation can be quite handful, it's almost like Ice Climbers, which it'll make things even more difficult.

@Toiler Water I hate these meme fighter communities in fighting games. It becomes more of an identifying catch phrase rather than a wish for quality content. Spamming 'Waluigi!' proves you are part of the Smash community or some shit. In the end he's just a purple tall skinny Mario. Even less original than Luigi.

Well mythra (and her spirit) had her outfit changed from her base game. Originally the outfit had an open chest and bare legs. After ultimate's release you could get the smash outfit as a free dlc skin calles massive melee mythra.

They have been censored from their original designs. Pyra was just given some mostly transparent leggings to cover the thigh space, while Mythra’s boob window was removed and her legs were completely covered up

@@heroofmasks the WORST?! Dude, XCX is still to this day the most immersive and mind blowing open world sandbox JRPG to date. I’d agree that the story was wasted potential, but the game is INCREDIBLE. If I could only ever play one of the xenoblades again, that’s my choice easily. I highly recommend giving it a second chance!

I really wish that Fire Emblem had at least 1 non-sword fighter to hopefully ward off the stigma of the Fire Emblem anime sword fighters. the 30th anniversary of the series was pretty recent, Smash Ultimate has had a thing of doing villain characters (something that Fire Emblem hasn't had represented yet), why not have Medeus? he was the original Fire Emblem villain. no swords, just turning into a giant dragon. Gharnef would work too (he was the secondary antagonist of the first game and the main antagonist of the third), as he was a pure dark magic user he wouldn't have any moveset overlap with existing FE characters either
