Yea ive heard that before and i keep forgetting to buy black paint when i go to the hardware store but ive been meaning to do it

Over here in the UK we have to pear up the birds from Christmas day to rings around January get young birds wend fly ing as soon as they start running start training first time six miles away then upwards to fifty and so on

A couple of weeks then fireworks... Hope the pigeons dont get stressed too much.

Is there any reason you shouldn't had scraped before releasing the females in to the nesting cages, seeing as how there's a lot of dancing around going on as part of the mating process? Just asking, as I am new to breeding.

Im in indiana, about 35 min from chicago. Yea weathers only gonna get colder but after talking to a bunch of early breeders i wanna try my hand at it this year

@@redstarloft5211 Very interesting. Will you need to heat the loft or will the adults be able to keep their babies warm, given that winter is only about to start. Also, I notice you have a colored snap band on each nest box front. Can you talk about how to use colored snap bands? Thanks.

@@MarkHBaker good parents will always sit on their your and protect them from the cold but its not too uncommon that a young one does freeze but its more rare than not. Yea ill try to remember the color bands in my next video and tell a little bit about them
