Thank you! Yea that grizzle has had a rough and messy year so im happy he came first for me today.

I did that shaking of food for my pigeons and whistle as well. Absolutely! Relatable!

Respect to you mark, I bred a late round of birds to fly around the loft and is indeed a challenge. I knew your birds were champions! Keep up the content man!!

Mark - I've been absent since losing the sound on my computer. I barely had enough sound to hear that you're ending your pigeon racing due to neighbor issues. I hate that for you. Years ago, my old club was able to get around that issue by proving that homing pigeons were used during the war and are war heroes. Anyway, I'm so pleased to see that the grizzle/tortoise shell homer came home first for you in your 200 mile race! That's awesome!!! I sure like her color and her stance!

Great . I am a newbie. Please tell more about the vent you have near the floor. I think you had a video on it, can you open it? Anything you would do different if you can about the air vents?

Yes the vent on the floor can be opened on closed, depending on the weather. I keep it open almost all the time except for the extreme winter times. Its mainly important to have good cross ventilation and a low point and at a high point. I wouldnt change anything, never had a single bird with respiratory problems

Hi mate great returns for 200 miles race looking good for some top placings again seems like they are stronger over longer distances the 150 was tough one but still good placings though really enjoying channel and looking forward to the big one next week do they ever do any real long distances like 500 or 600 like in UK 👍

@@redstarloft5211 Especially given the hawk attach, he seems to be doing well. The remainder of youngsters you have left make a good Team and will make nice old birds/yearlings for next year. Perhaps sell off some of the stock/prisoner birds so that you have more birds that can fly out, exercise and in turn, breed healthier babies. Good luck!

Nothing beats race day waiting for birds to come home and just wondering are they this years birds or old birds plus it would be great if you tell us were you came in the overall race and congrats on 18 out of twenty as here in the uk the weather is a deciding factor especially young birds

They are all young birds, i share my results of the race every week so if you go through my previous videos i always say how i did in the previous race plus results are online

At 4:41, I see people outside to loft window. Is that your dad or neighbors? Are you having issues with the town of Schererville or Crown Point?

I used to have a lot of colored birds I used to have a lot of dark grizzlies and light grizzlies and dark tigers and white tigers

where did u get that floor?

Can you give me some more info on the pigeon bowl you buy at Home Depot? I tried to find it and didn't have any luck. I couldn't give the clerk the name because you didn't give me a name of the product.

@@redstarloft5211 Bowls for pigeons to lay their eggs in. They use them to nest in. You said you picked up some in Home Depo in the gardening section.

@@davidrojas5319 no the nesting bowls i got from vita king. The only thing that i got at home depot for my pigeons is what i use as a bath pan and thats just the bottom part for a large plastic planter

If you need any infer nation on widowhood. Or roundabout system please do not hesitate i have 20 yrs of experience from 100 miles to250mls inland then 300 to 500mls over the channel with a team of 18 pigeons 9 cocks 9 hens
