Giant spiders as livestock is super interesting, especially silk was one of the most sought after resources in the past. I can imagine there being a quest or faction that features a small band of human tradesmen willing to ally with the golbins in return for silk and other rare goods. Overall, amazing progress and ideas so far.

finally a game where spiders aren't enemies, but pets!! 💜 this game is going on my wishlist :D

Suggestion: a fly trap crafted item that u can place in the world and it'll catch flies over time to feed to the spiders ❤

harvesting spider silk is such a good idea because its so useful and strong yet humans can't mass harvest it. this really feels like a fantasy world

Haha love the idea of coming up with crazy/odd livestock that humans would hate. How about something like Bats too? More-so than Stardew that is. Also, crazy idea... Could you make it so you can "bring along" one of your spiders or other livestock to help you battle enemies? That'd be a sick feature! Harvest from livestock or bring them into battle.

Ooooooh I really like the spider idea , it's really fun and creative 😆💕 Oh I would recommend/love if you made a lil 'censor spider' option or something in the options,even if that would mean they are just a black box or something. I really don't mind spiders that much,I think they can be very cute. But I have a friend that is just terrified of spiders ,they have a really bad phobia. But I really wanna recommend them the game , especially once it's finished 💕 So I would really appreciate it if you implement something like that ,so they would be able to play 💕 I hope I don't ask too much with this ,I really love these videos and your ideas 🥰💕 Keep up the good work 😆💕 I'm so excited for the finished result 🥰💕

Yessss I was going to ask this too :D I can't play Skyrim for this reason. Even when they're cute, it's the shape and the way they move that gives me a deep (ridiculous) terror. I would hate to not be able to play this game - it looks so much up my street

The lighting is absolutely beautiful! Definitely something to be hype about. Sometimes we need small non-essential things just to boost our morale :D I love the slime's glow as well. Also hello Mike!

I think it's really awesome spiders are pets! I probably can't play the game now because spiders really scare me, but I think it's a great design choice! EDIT: Nevermind, I saw a reply where you said you might add a censor spider option. Yay! I think spiders are really great, but it's really hard to get rid of arachnophobia. *shudders*

While the game is shaping up nicely, you might want to change steam game "short description" at some point. Because its very non-descriptive. You should not put your story premise into your game short description - its the first thing people read and it says basically nothing about what your game is and how it plays. Just put genre and gameplay description there and put your story into steam page itself. But thats all stuff for the future. Cheers.

yay livestock! i was not expecting spiders/unusual critters for livestock, thats such a fun idea. will the products be used for anything? or will you just be selling unprocessed animal products?

I'm thinking they can be used for crafting! But you can also sell for some teeth at the local market, of course.
