This song is so meaningful to me. I hear this song all the time in the radio and never considered the meaning of it till I needed it the most. It was just a few days ago, and my dad and his new girlfriend were having a huge fight in front of me. I have bad PTSD from when he and my bio mom used to fight a lot. And it just made my brain shut down, and made me have a huge panic attack. I ended up leaving them and locked myself in another room. I was crying and shaking for about 2 hours, or smt like that. I needed a way to calm down, so I listened to music. It didnt make me stop crying, but it did make me realize how much emotion is packed into music like this. Music that has a happy tone, but the lyrics are so sad and meaningful. And hearing this version of it really impacts the way the listener portrays the song. In this case, it seems full of sadness and regret. But also gives me a feeling of thoughtfulness. I don't know why I had this little rant, but I just love the way Egg always make the songs they sing more emotional. Anyway, love you all!!! Hope you have a good day/afternoon/night! ♡♡♡♡♡
