Learning Chablis locations is amazing. You have a great way of explaining them. The last one I had was amazing and had the mineral note like steamed lobster shell.....
Loved this episode. Keep going with this format highlighting a specific region as enjoyed the educational aspect. So many regions to explore !
How timely. Just picked up 5 bottles of Chablis from an auction house in Sydney. It arrived this morning. 😋

It’s mad going into some of these little villages - everyone share the same name but they’re not all related
Which Chablis are unoaked, that you would recommend? You mention those that are only in steel.
