Pure Red Cell Aplasia (PRCA) - Parvo B19 Viral infection - Hematology. Pure red cell aplasia is similar to aplastic anemia except for the fact that there is no pancytopenia, it is only the red cell line that is affected.

I am diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia and Pure red cell aphasia with parvovirus and CMV virus postive coombs test direct indirect positive not responding to prednisolone,responded to rituximab in may please advise me what should i do i am from Pakistan 21 yrs age

Harrison’s is ok. Goldman-Cecil is ok too.
