Pure ARTURIA MiniFreak Sounds (Presets 1 to 25 // Free Play)

I know some of you are wondering what exactly is wrong with me. ARTURIA sends me a MiniFreak and then I don't use it at all. I'm probably just one of those gear collectors who want to grab as much hardware as possible. And you know what: This is total nonsense.
Yes it's right. After a live stream and 3 or 4 videos with the MiniFreak it was over and I'll tell you why: This device deserves, just like other complex devices, that you take the time to get to know it. I didn't have that time. You can certainly imagine what has been going on in the last 8 months, now that my family situation has escalated so much.
Now the time has come and I thought why not explore the MiniFreak with you guys. That's why I'll test the presets first and upload videos of them. Since I spend a lot of time on some presets, it was clear that I wouldn't be able to pack all 256 presets into one video. That's why you get the first 25 presets today. Since it turned out to be a long video, I set timecodes. I can already tell you that the key, pad and sequencer presets are the best.
So look forward to 52 minutes of pure MiniFreak synthesis in my hands, although I can say that I'm approaching this relatively virginally.

(EDIT: In this video I didnt use the specular reverb v3 at all. All effects from MiniFreak itself)

Most of the Time I am using the Specular Reverb v3 for my jams.
Sometimes the NTS-1 with the Cathedral Preset or just the iPad.

Serenity took me back to the movie Once Upon A Time In The West... The MiniFreak is not a synth I would need but I am glad you picked it up again to showcase.
Pahaa, da issr ja, der MiniFreak😍! Du weißt ja wie das bei mir ist, ich bekomme also in knapp 4 Jahren auch endlich einen 🙂. Ich kann zum Video noch nichts sagen, weil ich gerade erst angefangen hab, denke aber, dass es wie immer erste Klasse ist! Viele liebe Grüße , stay STRONG !!

These are excellent sounds!
The thing with the minifreak is its very approachable if you've already had a microfreak. A lot of using it is very similar and the differences are mostly improvements. Once they get a wavetable synth engine in there it will be a microfreak without the vocoder but with an internal effects section, an extra oscillator, and an easier to use sequencer. To me the presets were sort of just one layer of what it can sound like. 9 custom destinations in the mod matrix!

Dude, you just sold a minifreak for them. I gotta have one. Also, you could do the entire Solaris soundtrack with that Celeste preset.

Mini sounding more analogue than its smaller brother 👍.
The presets with a star * are my favourites.
