This is my 1st visit to this channel. Dal is always a favourite at my place. That was a very well explained recipe and looks ao good . Thank you for posting. Will definitely try it out 👍. A small suggestion...if salt is not added to any dal while cooking it initially, the dal will cook faster. Salt can be added in the next stage of the cooking.
