Describing your breast as filling like silicone is hilarious such a cute and accurate way to describe engorgement 🤣😜. I’m sorry you had that milk supply setback. That can be discouraging but like you said, take a break from the pump and allow your sweet baby to establish and regulate your supply. Just nurse nurse nurse whenever you can and she wants. The more she nurses, the more milk your body will produce (unless you truly have low milk supply which is pretty rare and needs to be diagnosed). And like your doc said , babies are much more efficient than pumps at draining breast. Good luck on your journey 💕

Only use the beast pump when you’re body is Reproducing extra milk. Also have a time zone when you’re pumping, because if you do it in different times it will Messed up you’re cycle. If you’re trying to Reproduce more milk like take Vitamins, such as iron, Calcium and Potassium. Also try to reduce your stress to increase the milk flow. I hope this helps you cousin.

RAISING BABY ALEÏA I’m glad !! I went threw the same I had my first at 14 ! And it was stressful I cried when it happened to me and my mistake was pumping and I didn’t know ! Now I know for my second !
