    Great talk Doctor I have a few doubts.. Regarding maida.. When we eat food with maida.. Will it be safe if we take it along with lot of vegetables? Also whats the safety of Virgin coconut oil?

    Thank you so much for your interest in the topic. Regarding maida, it's better to eat whole wheat rather than maida as it contains chemicals that are used during the processing. Maida has calories but it has less nutritive value. Also even if you add a lot of vegetables along with maida, it may not be equivalent to the benefits of whole grains. Virgin coconut oil is not superior as it contains the same amount of saturated fat.

    During Aug 2023 my liver size was 14. I took the following diet. 2 spoon rice , sprouted small gram, small type fish, nuts ( almond, wallnut, cashew, pistashio, pumpkin seed, chia seed , apple, pomegranate mixed juice ) . Chicken once in a month. Routine workout 1 hr. No sugar. My SGPT rose to 47 which was 27 two months before . These nuts also cause deposit of fat in liver, I presume. Thanks my liver moved from G 1 to G2. The reason is unknown.

    What about your diabetes or lipid profile or other risk factors....Follow a diet which is the usual regimen....which is less in calories as mentioned in the talk. Please show a doctor and get evaluated for the causes of fatty liver other than the fatty liver due to lifestyle...

    Iam reallyconfused there is no comparisons ,in youtube many persons ars talking for control fatty liver etc. If you listen youtube ,all do called foctors saying all diffrent some doctors coconut oil supr. You are telling should not usecoconut, some doctors saying eat minimum 3 eggs everyday.i think.for thesake,stop it ,

    Chemicals are not good...Try to wash vegetables with good amount of water to remove maximum amount of chemicals...Try to get local vegetables like വാഴപ്പിണ്ടി, വാഴക്കൂമ്പ്, മുരിങ്ങയില, ചീര, etc.....

    The food ingredients you prepare at home is the best rather than buying from outside...Regarding olive oils it's the best oil as far as studies are concerned. It's not regarding the purity of the oil but based on the fatty acid content of the oil that matters first. Second thing is the purity. Whatever we are discussing in the talk is based on evidences and not based on our opinion. Hope it's clear.
