This RZR 800s is in for a problem with the transmission not holding gear. The way it's designed means I'm in for a big job in order to open up the gear case to see whats going on!

Good luck putting it back together Good buddy 👍
Great job jadon. The new garage looks amazing.
Nice, left the motor in!
The rollbar is oem on the early 800s. I removed and reinstalled the transmission also without the engine. It's a bit of a pain doing it first time but possible as you've shown.
Hay do you work on atvs for people I think I’m close to you I have the same one mine is a 2010 having shifting proble
How many hours total did you have in removal and Installation?

I love borrowing my friend's Pul-ur-ass. I love owning my Honda Pioneer. Very different machines in terms of both capability and maintainability.

My new Honda P520 is great. Had all sorts of headaches with Polaris machines I’ve rented. I’d never buy one.

@@janetyeoman1544 Just bought one myself. Love it!
Many moons ago, i had one of those RZR’s. Quite frankly, I beat the snot out of it. I traded in for a Honda Foreman 500. Glad i did too because the guy that bought my RZR, the engine blew up about 2 months later. Not very impressed with Polaris.
2008 is the first year for the 800 not 2009

2008 was the first year for the RZR 800 yes, but 09 was the first year for the RZR 800-S like in the video which is what I was talking about.

@@AppalachianMountainRiders lol this guy trying to call you out
lol you all pull both at the same time you can unbolt the motor and pull just motor out which makes trans easier to pull i dont see how you guys dont see that 2 mount bolts on wheel side 2 nuts under and the 4 or so bolts in the middle that hold the tras and motor together and boom can pull it out with 2 people easy

You obviously didn’t watch the entire video where I said the header bolts were completely seized and would have snapped off for sure had I tried to take them out. You can NOT remove the moter without taking the exhaust off so it was actually easier and faster to do what I did and not have to mess with snapped off header bolts😂😂😂

@@AppalachianMountainRiders I see you haven’t seen my other comment Weird you couldn’t get the header bolts out that’s why you don’t go through creeks with them

I didn’t see it. Yeah, those header bolts were rusted and seized something fierce!😂😂😂 I figured best to play it safe!
