    That pork shoulder looked like it turned out delicious JB! How was the Sweet Texas Heat on it? Like I need to ask 😁 Smoking at 200 definitely adds a lot of time to a cook, but in the end, you end up with a tender and juicy piece of meat! 😋😋😋
