Short Ribs
Favorite seasoning
2 cups beef stock
1 onion
Garlic cloves
Olive oil
1 tsp: salt, pepper,garlic powder, smoked paprika and creole seasoning( optional)
2 tbs Tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups chicken stock
1 cup water
1 cup grits
1 cup cheese
