    just got a PK last week. been trying to figure it out and stumbled on your channel. love the content and your mind set with things. looking forward to trying this method out. nothing beats pulled beef!

    Several thumbs up Hank. You didn’t mention if not using any wood if there was a pronounced smoke flavor.

    Thanks! Good point. Next time I will use wood chunks, there was not enough smoke flavor with just this type of charcoal (Marabu) according to my taste preferences.

    @@HanksTrueBBQ thanks for the reply Hank. Been looking for the Sriracha mayo but can’t find that particular brand , can find the original Huy Fong, but not the Huy Fong mayo type.
