I missed La Cruz , great location, quiet but lots of things you can do there, play pickle ball, yoga , dancing, enjoying eating out at many restaurants, connecting with great expats community in La Cruz. Thank you Elena!

For pre-sales quotes will vary but average $4 usd per sq meter, and in my experience that’s never actually the case when the HOA is formed. Count on $5-$6 usd +

Hi Elena. Another great video. Sounds like La Cruz is another "breezy" area... we northerners would fair better, in. And:YOUCH! (That unfinished road grade 'slip' definitely looked like it, really hurt...) Maybe one place there and also another by that nature preserve with the landscape, trees and at least somewhat 'cooler' average, temperature. (But I'll likely still go with one at higher elevation, further inland... if and when I "invest" down there.)
