I look at cash invested vs ROI, rather than price pers square foot. But we all have our ways 😀

@@giovanmonti5189 wasn't able to pull the trigger in time, but it's opportunities like this I'd look out for. Most stuff on this channel is overpriced and not a good investment for a rental, but this one was good.

@@giovanmonti5189 No, I was too late to pull the trigger on this one unfortunately. Most properties shown on this channel are overpriced for a rental property, but this one actually was quite good, I'd just keep eyes out for stuff like this.

Nothing in Puerto Vallarta is cheap. The prices are tru the roof. Ive lived here for 30 years,but when i see videos like this, with half truths, i get enraged. The whole system is corrupt. The notarios are corrupt. If you don't know what a notario is you will. So much i can say. Space is to short. If you think I'm hating than you can't face reality.

The culture is definitely different and coming in with a know it all mentality will humble a person very fast. One of the main reasons I share this content is to show others how to avoid mistakes I made. I also share what I learned and help others win. Mexico is a beautiful country, filled with possibilities if you chose to approach it with a growth mindset. Sorry to hear that after 30 years here you are so unhappy. Morning Elena, what an amazing job you do finding properties in PV and posting them on KZread. I know it takes quite a bit of time downloading videos. When you posted the video about the Frida Development, my spouse and I walked to the location to check it out. We noticed the location you referred to in your video had tenants currently living in it. Was the development the bright orange building with plants or the opposite side with a for sale sign on the building? Also, are you going to discuss the builder of the development on your Zoom tomorrow? Thanks
